Customer Service / Account Reps
Seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our growing team! If you’re dependable, learn quickly and can multi-task, we’d like to talk to you. Responsibilities will include answering calls, placing orders, explaining our products and services, data entry and promoting our company to clients in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You must become well-versed in several product lines with flexibility to adapt to changes with ease and optimism.

Required are excellent customer service and strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, 2+ year’s customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Application Developer
This programmer will work on our order entry and financial system. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in any of the Object Oriented development languages such as C++, Visual Basic, JAVA, C#, or VB .NET in a desktop or client server environment is required. 1-2 years of SQL experience with RDBMS (Oracle or SQL server) or MySQL is preferred. A motivated quick learner with a can-do attitude, along with a strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning is desired.

Database Administrator
Must be a self-starter who can multitask, with a strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning. This individual will be the lead programmer and database manager of our financial and ordering systems. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent. Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of SQL Server 2000 and 2005, SQL, ASP.Net, VB.Net, and Crystal Reports. Excellent communication skills required, as are the capabilities to focus on database management, report creation, document management, DTS/SSIS, stored procedures, ETL, and QA. Knowledge of MySQL and PHP are a plus.

QA & Product Setup Specialist
This individual will be responsible for setting up products, and pricing for custom client-facing ordering portals. Requires knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and PCs. Demonstrated ability as a team player and ability to comprehend complex product line required. Requires HTML knowledge and quality assurance background. Technical School or Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent in computer related experience is desired.

Senior PHP Web Developer (eBusiness, eLearning, & Content Management)
These programmers will analyze and develop website applications, maintain websites, and eLearning. Requires an Associates or Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience, or equivalent. Our desired skill set includes PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, project management, and QA. A willingness to transition into PHP/MySQL, based on similar experiences in other development environments will be considered. Other preferred skills include Photoshop, Java, ActionScript, Flash, Flex, and Zend Framework experience. Familiarity with eCommerce and eLearning are a plus.
